1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital knitting patterns (PDF format) made on this webshop. By placing an order and/or downloading our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products and Delivery

All products available on this website are digital files delievered in PDF format and no physical item will be shipped. After succesfully completing the purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for the PDF file. Delivery is considered completed once the file has been made available to you.

3. License and Usage

When you purchase a digital pattern, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pattern for personal use only and the patterns are protected by copyright. You may:

Download, print, and knit for yourself or as gifts.

You may NOT:

Share, redistribute, or resell the digital files.
Upload the pattern to other websites, forums, or social media where it can be downloaded by others.
Claim the designs as your own or use them commercially unless you have explicit written permission.

4. Payment and Price

Prices are displayed clearly on the site and include all applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before any digital products are delivered. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, no refunds or cancellations are offered once a download link has been generated and sent. Please choose your products carefully before purchase.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer law on digital products, you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the files has been delievered.

7. Download issues

If you experience challenges downloading your file(s), please contact customer support.

8. Updates to Products and Terms
